Mr Gielgud was originally conceived by our pal William Miracle you know! Me and Scobell had vague ideas for a nervous cat lady for a teacher because we really like the nervous teacher in Nichijou but William did a little test comic where a big menacing bull teacher was trying to tell Amy she was in trouble and it just wasn't sinking in. It didn't have an ending but that image was super-funny to me so I had that in mind when I drew strip #11. I need to get that comic off him and stick it on the blog!

I should note, it was me that named the character Mr Gielgud. I also brought his anger down to a gentle simmer from William's old comic. Because we're a gentle strip, yo!
